Control what data you want to remove while keeping your account
TimeTracker gives you control over your personal data. You can request to delete specific types of data or individual records without deleting your entire account. This allows you to maintain your account while removing data you no longer need.
Follow these simple steps within the TimeTracker app to request deletion of specific data:
Delete specific work time entries or all entries from a particular project or date range.
Remove entire projects and all associated data (only for projects you own).
Delete completed or archived tasks and their history.
Remove uploaded images, videos, audio messages, and other media files.
Clear activity history and logs from your account.
Request to delete specific profile information while keeping your account active.
Follow these simple steps within the TimeTracker app to request deletion of specific data:
Open the TimeTracker app and navigate to Settings (gear icon in the menu).
In the Settings menu, tap on Support / Help or Privacy Settings.
Tap on Create New Support Request or Contact Support.
Clearly describe which data you want to delete. Be specific about:
Submit the request and include your registered email address for verification.
You can also request data deletion by sending an email to timetracker.track@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and specify what data you want removed.
